1.Summary Suit No.232 of 2020 is partly decreed with costs.
2.Defendant shall pay an amount of Rs.1,36,037.26/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty-Six Thousand Thirty-Seven and Twenty-Six Paise Only) to plaintiff with interest at the rate of 7 percent p.a. from the date of suit till the date of decree with further interest at the rate of 6 percent p.a. from the date of decree till its realization.
