Perused the record. Heard the Advocate of plaintiff. He raised the
objection that no sufficient reason is mentioned. Deft. no.13 is Asst.
Registrar of Cooperative Society appointed under the provision of
Maharashtra Cooperative Society Act, 1960. Being, a government office, I
am of the view that they should be given an opportunity to represent the
office in the suit. Hence, NM deserves to be allowed.
ORDER
1. Notice of Motion No.409/2020 is hereby allowed.
2. Delay stands condoned.
3. WS of Deft. no.13 is already taken on record it may be exhibited.
4. Notice of Motion stands disposed off accordingly.
