: ORDER :
The application is filed by Decree holder to correct the
typographical error while reading the name of Satish Gupte in the
prayer clause (a) of the Chamber Summons. The name is wrongly
mentioned as “Satish Gupta”. However, the correct name is
“Mr. Satish S. Gupte”. Hence, prayed to allow the application.
2. On perusal of Chamber Summons the Decree holder has
mentioned the address as Satish S. Gupta in the address mentioned
in Chamber Summons page 2 of the tile. The correct name is
“Satish Shankar Gupte”. There is typographical error. Hence,

application needs to be allowed under Section 153 of CPC and pass
following order :
: ORDER :
1. Chamber Summons No. 1506 of 2018 is allowed.
2. The Decree Holder is allowed to carry out the
typographical error in the Chamber Summons correcting
the name as “Satish S. Gupte”.
3. The consequential correction is also carried out in order
dtd. 19.12.2018.
4. D.H. to carry out necessary amendment in Chamber
Summons within limitation.
