F.R.S.R. the following order is passed -
ORDER
1. M.H. Petition No. 42/2021 is allowed.
2. The petitioner Smt. Pramila Sharad Kadam, is appointed under section 14(1) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 as the total support guardian for Bhakti Sharad Kadam and as Manager of her Estate as mentioned in paragraph five of the petition.
3. The petitioner shall file in this Court in a period of three months from today and three months immediately after the end of every financial year, the returns of the movable and immovable properties and dues owned by Bhakti Sharad Kadam.
4. The petitioner shall take prior permission of this Court before transferring any of the movable and immovable properties of Bhakti Sharad Kadam.
5. M.H. Petition No.42/2021 stand disposed of accordingly.
