At this stage, without going into the merits, the plff is ready to place the detail reply along with the additional documents within concerned authority within two weeks. It is also pointed out that there is judgment in suit no.4051/2001. The concerned authority after considering the reply and documents as well as the decree in the suit no.4051/2001 to pass the fresh order with detail reasons.
