on the last date adjournment was granted and the matter
was fixed for hearing today. But till this time neither the
plaintiff nor the adv. who was to proceed with the matter
appeared. Importantly till date the registered notice of
motion has not been filed. resultantly this court has not
option but the dismissed the notice in default for want of
prosecution and steps. Hence the notice of motion is
dismissed in default.
