On the reqest of Adv. Shradha Jadhav this Court KB the matter till 2.45 pm. Even in the noon session when the matter is called on Learned Adv. Madhu Lad submitted that her senior is coming. There fore the matter was kept back till this time the Adv. who was to proceed with the matter did not come.
