known as Idea Cellular Infrastructure Ltd. Idea Cellular Ltd
has transferred its Telecom tower to idea cellular
infrastructure cellular Ltd. in the year 2006 with effect from
31st May, 2018. Idea Cellular Infrastructure Services Ltd. is
now owned by Subsidary of ATC Telecom Infrastructure
Pvt. Ltd. with effect from 26/07/2018. The name of Idea
Cellular Infrastructure Services Ltd. Infrastructure Services
Ltd. in now changed as ATC Infrastructure Services Ltd.
The certificate to that effect is also issued. The plaintiff
seeks to bring this subsequent facts on record by amending
tittle clause to the plaint and the pleadings in the plaint. The
Chamber summons is opposed the defendant corporation.
The subsequent facts are sought to be brought on record by
the plaintiff. The amendment does not change the nature of
the suit nor causes any prejudice to the defendant
corporation. In the interest of justice the chamber summons
needs to be allow. O R D E R 1) The Chamber Summons
No. 83/2020 is allowed. 2) The plaintiff to carry out the
amendment in the plaintiff within 14 days from the date of
order. 3) Chamber summons stands disposed off. Matter is
