It is the case of the plaintiff that ATC Infrastructure services Ltd. was earlier known as Idea Cellular Infrastructure Ltd. Idea Cellular Ltd has transferred its Telecom tower to idea cellular infrastructure cellular Ltd. in the year 2006 with effect from 31st May, 2018. Idea Cellular Infrastructure Services Ltd. is now owned by Subsidary of ATC Telecom Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. with effect from 26/07/2018. The name of Idea Cellular Infrastructure Services Ltd. Infrastructure Services Ltd. in now changed as ATC Infrastructure Services Ltd. The certificate to that effect is also issued. The plaintiff seeks to bring this subsequent facts on record by amending tittle clause to the plaint and the pleadings in the plaint.
The Chamber summons is opposed the defendant corporation.
