Chamber Summons No.69/2020 It is taken out for
implication proposed defendant No2A and 2B contending
that the defendant No.2 is a firm, the father of proposed
defendant No.2A and 2B was the sole proprietor after his
death the proposed defendants are necessary parties along
with defendant No.1. Hence, I proceed to pass following
order- Order 1. Chamber Summons No.69/2020 stands
allowed. 2. Plaintiff is permitted to implead proposed
defendant No.2A and 2B as a party to the suit and to carry
out the amendment within stipulated period as prayed for. 3.
Chamber Summons No.69/2020 disposed off accordingly.
