Perusal of R and P shows that amended plaint sent to
Deft.nos.3 and 4 is returned with remark Unclaimed. In
spite of this none appeared for Deft.nos.3 and 4. Hence no
additional written statement by Deft.nos.3 and 4. Order on
Ch/S No.91/18. (Uncontested) Perusal of affidavit shows
that amended plaint sent to Deft.no.1 is returned with the
remark Left. It is the contention of Plff that the address
mentioned in title clause is the last known address. Plaintiff
further contended that Plff is not aware about the new
address. In such situation service of amended plaint cannot
be effected except by way of publication. Hence order.
ORDER 1. Chamber summons No.91/18 is made absolute
in terms of prayer clause (a). 2. Plaintiff is permitted to
publish the amended plaint in Free Press Journal and Nav-
Shakti upon the payment of necessary charges as per rule.
