Perusal of affidavit shows that amended plaint sent to Deft.no.1 is returned with the remark Left. It is the contention of Plff that the address mentioned in title clause is the last known address. Plaintiff further contended that Plff is not aware about the new address. In such situation service of amended plaint cannot be effected except by way of publication. Hence order.
