If the permission is granted to the defendant to file vakalatnama and contest the suit no prejudice would cause to the plaintiff. Hence interest of justice requires to allow the Chamber Summons, but subject to cost. In the result following order ORDER 1. Chamber Summons no.61/19 is allowed. 2. The delay caused in filing vakalatnama by advocate for defendant is hereby condoned subject to cost of Rs.2000/- payable by defendant to plaintiff. 3.
