defendant are present. The plaintiff wants to
withdraw the Suit unconditionally. The defendant
also wants to withdraw the review petition
unconditionally. They have filed application/pursis
Exh.05, to withdraw the commercial Suit
No.52/2020, Notice of Motion No.99/2020 and
Review Petition No.95/2021. It is stated by them
that they have settled the dispute and willing to
withdraw these proceedings. Hence, I pass the
following order. ORDER 1. Permission to
withdraw the Commercial Suit, Notice of Motion,
Review Petition is granted. Accordingly, these
proceedings are disposed off as withdrawn. 2.
Refund of Court fee as per rules.
