Regarding the interim relief in prayer clause (d) of the NM Ld. counsel for defendant has made the statement at the Bar that defendant will maintain status quo in terms as prayed till next date.
In view of the above, two weeks time is granted to the defendant.

Today, the Advocate for plaintiff and defendant are present. The plaintiff wants to withdraw the Suit unconditionally. The defendant also wants to withdraw the review petition unconditionally.
