of prosecution. Proceeding of Notice of Motion No.48/2020 in
Suit No.338/2015 is closed. Parties to take note. Record
reflects that no reply is filed to Notice of Motion
No.3803/2015 and it is heard without reply. Heard, Learned
Adv. for plaintiff and Learned Adv. for defendant. Record
reflects that on 13/02/2015 interim injunction is granted in
terms of prayer clause (a) of Notice of Motion. There is no
application to vacate this order nor any affidavit in reply is
filed on behalf of the defendant either seeking to vacate it or
not to continue the same further. In these circumstances
considering the affidavit and the order passed on 13.02.2015,
the prayer in terms of prayer clause (a) in this Notice of
Motion is made absolute. Costs will be the cost in the cause.
