ORDER IN CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.1441/2022
The plaintiff wants to place on record the pleadings with respect to the criminal case decided by Metropolitan Magistrate, Kurla. The defendant No.1 has filed reply at Exh.6. It is contended that the defendant has filed appeal against the said judgment and is also filing writ petition for re-investigation and re-trial. Very limited question involved in this chamber summons. The plaintiff wants to bring the facts of said judgment on record and also want to produce the copy of said judgment. Considering the scope of amendment sought, I am of the view to allow it, hence, I pass the following order.
ORDER
