As per order No. 1087/ CJM/ SHD/ KKD Delhi, dated 22.11.2025 all the
Misc. Applications including application for judicial custody and police
custody of PS Shahdara are assigned to the undersigned.
Present: Ld. Substitute APP for the State.
Sh. Amit Verma, Ld. Counsel for complainant through VC.
Heard. Documents perused.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that complainant had
approached SHO and DCP concerned with the present complaint but no
action had been taken so far.
Accordingly, SHO concerned is directed to file action taken
report stating the following:
1. Whether any complaint has been made/received by the complainant in
PS.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the complaint.
3. Whether as a result of investigation/inquiry, any cognizable offence
has been made out against the accused persons and whether any action had
been taken by the police.
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of investigation.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the complainant
has been informed accordingly.
Copy of the complaint along with annexures be supplied to the Naib
Court, PS concerned.
Put up for filing of report on 01.08.2026. Copy of this order be sent to
SHO concerned electronically/physically along with process.
