On last date of hearing, SHO was directed to appear in
person to explain the non-compliance of the order dated 23.03.2026.
however, no report qua the non-compliance of the said order has been
filed and further despite directions, SHO has abstained himself from
appearing before the court.
Let bailable warrants be issued upon the SHO concerned
through Joint CP concerned in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one surety
in the like amount to appear in person on next date of hearing to
explain the non-compliance of the order dated 23.03.2026 and
01.08.2026.
Complainant is directed to file the copy of the complaint
for supplying the same to the SHO.
