Present:- Sh. R L Gautam, Ld. Counsel for the appellant along
with appellant.
Sh. Naveen Singla, Ld. Counsel for respondent
along with respondent.
Additional grounds filed on behalf of appellant. He
is directed to supply the copy of the same to the respondent today
itself.
The appellant has provided Rs. 45,000/- (in cash)
and Rs. 15,000/- (online through Paytm) i.e. Rs. 60,000/- to the
respondent today as per the directions to pay 20% compensation
of the cheque amount. He submits that he will pay the remaining
amount of Rs. 60,000/- on the next date.
NBW of the appellant was issued and SHO, M S
Park was directed to verify the medical certificate of the
appellant annexed with the application, but he has not filed any
report despite orders.
Issue notice to SHO, MS Park to appear in person
on the next date and in the meanwhile, DCP concerned is
directed to verify the medical certificate submitted by the
appellant and submit a report.
Till then NBW of the appellant shall remain stayed.
Put up for arguments on 16.09.2025.
Copy of this order along with copy of NBW
application and medical certificate be sent to DCP concerned for
compliance.
