settle the matter with complainant/respondent. He has already
paid Rs. 60,000/- and today, he has paid further Rs. 60,000/-.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he is
ready to take Rs. 6 Lakhs from the appellant towards settlement
and now there is balance amount of Rs. 4,80,000/-. Appellant
undertakes to make further payment by the next date.
