and as per the policy document, the said vehicle was insured with
Kotak General Insurance company for third party liability and the
United India Insurance company may kindly be deleted from the
array of respondents.
In view of the above, issue court notice to the IO of
this case for for verification of third party liability of the
aforesaid vehicle for NDOH.
