Fresh miscellaneous application for release of FDR received. It be checked and
registered.
Present : Ms. Kamini Devi, counsel for the applicant.
The gist of the application as told by the learned counsel for the
applicant is that the award was passsed and FDR of the award amount was
ordered to be issued in the name of the husband of the applicant, who expired on
23.10.2020 deceased husband of the applicant was survived by other legal heirs
as well, who have no objection if the FDR amount is released to the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no objection of the
other legal heirs by way of affidavits would be filed on the next date of hearing.
Original record be requisitioned for next date of hearing.
