An application U/s 151 CPC for depositing the non
judicial stamp papers along with original non judicial stamp

paper amounting to Rs.42,000/- filed on behalf of
plaintiff/petitioner.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff/petitioner submits that
plaintiff has already deposited non judicial stamp papers
amounting to Rs.10,500/- qua his share and by way of present
application, plaintiff is depositing stamp papers qua the shares of
defendants no.1 to 4. It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel for
plaintiff that D-2 and LRs of D-3 have paid their shares
amounting to Rs.21,000/- to plaintiff. It is further submitted that
D-1 and D-4 have not contributed a single penny in purchasing
the non judicial stamp papers and plaintiff has purchased the
stamp papers of Rs.21,000/- qua their shares from his own
pocket. It is further submitted that plaintiff shall recover the said
amount from D-1 and D-4 in execution petition. It is further
prayed that non judicial stamp papers amounting to Rs.52,500/-
be taken on record and final decree be drawn.
Heard.
In view of the submissions and contentions made in
the applications, applications stand allowed and non judicial
stamp papers of Rs.52,500/- are taken on record.
Reader of this court is directed to draw decree sheet.
Applications are accordingly disposed of.
File be tagged with the main file and consigned to
record room after due compliance.
