Present: Sh. Manohar Nagar, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff
along with plaintiff/petitioner in person
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff/petitioner submits that by
way of present application, plaintiff/petitioner wants to deposit
non judicial stamp papers of Rs.10.500/- in terms of the
judgment dated 22.07.2024. Ld. Counsel submits that
plaintiff/petitioner is depositing stamp papers qua his share. He
further submits that other defendants/respondents are not
intending to deposit non judicial stamp papers qua their share. He
further submits that plaintiff/petitioner will file non judicial
stamp papers qua shares of defendants/respondents within seven
days. He further submits that he will recover the said amount
from the defendants/respondents in the execution proceedings
before the Ld. Executing Court from the sale proceeds.
Let the same be deposited.
