Present : Sh. Sidhant Dhingra, Advocate for the plaintiff with
plaintiff in person.
Sh. Kapil Singhal, Advocate for the defendant through
video-conferencing.
Sh. Mohd. Haroon, Advocate for the defendant is also
present physically in the Court.
PW1 Sh. Pankaj Sachdeva and PW2 Sh. Rakesh Kumar,
Superintendent, GST Department Range-104, Div. Pitampura,
Ambedkar Bhawan, Sector-16, Rohini are also present. But, both of
them are discharged un-examined today, on the request of the Ld.
Counsel for the defendant. It is directed that the diet money for the
aforesaid two witnesses of the plaintiff, for their presence in the court
today, amounting to Rs.1500/- (Rs.1000/- for the plaintiff and Rs.500/-
for the GST Official) shall be paid by the defendant, to the plaintiff on
the next date of hearing.
The Ld. Counsel for the defendant has filed an
application u/o IX Rule 7 r/w Section 151 CPC along with his
Vakalatnama. Copy of the same is supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff. Reply to the aforesaid application be filed by the plaintiff,
within a period of two weeks from today, with advance copy to the
Ld. Counsel for the defendant.
