Ld. Counsels for accused persons submit that
witnesses present, if any may be examined in the absence of
accused persons and accused persons will not dispute their
identity in future.
PW-1 Smt. Roopa examined, cross-examined and
discharged. Examination-in-chief of PW-2 Sh. Chavi Kant Jha is
partly recorded. His further examination-in-chief is deferred for
want of seized mobile phone.
Let a fresh Notice be issued to SHO concerned to
apprise the court about the seized mobile phone and also about
the FSL result of the CCTV footage.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State submits that he does not
want to examine PW Purshottam Jha mentioned at Sr. no.4 of list
of prosecution witnesses, and therefore, he may be dropped.
Submission heard.
In view of the submission made,
PW Purshottam Jha is dropped from the list of prosecution
witnesses.

Let fresh summons be issued to PW-2 Sh. Chavi
Kant Jha for recording of his further examination on the next date
of hearing.
Let PWs mentioned at Sr. no. 15 SI Santosh, at Sr.
no. 16 HC Ankit and Sr. no.18 ACP Sh. Mahesh (Draughtman)
be also summoned through SHO concerned for the next date of
hearing.
Let fresh production warrants be issued against
accused Baru Laxman Kumar and Dishant @ Lalla through Jail
Superintendent concerned for the next date of hearing.
