not appeared despite waiting and repeated calls since morning. In
these circumstances, issue BW against him in the sum of Rs.
10,000/- through DCP concerned for the next date.
Let DCP concerned apprise the Court about the
pending FSL result as IO/SHO have failed to file the report
despite directions and accused persons are languishing in Jail.
