Printout of the GST of the defendant filed along with the list of
documents. Though, in the list of documents, it is mentioned that the same is
a printout of GST of plaintiff. Counsel for plaintiff submits that the word
‘Plaintiff’ has been inadvertently mentioned and it is the GST of the
defendant. As per the GST details now filed, the defendant in a limited
liability partnership and not a company. The details of partners and their
phone number be also disclosed by the plaintiff. Further, the plaintiff has not
moved any specific application under Order XI Rule 1(5) CPC for taking on
record the GST details of the defendant. Also, though, the GST details seems
to be a printout from the server/website of GST, but no certificate under
Section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 in support of GST
details has been filed by the plaintiff. Counsel seeks time to do the needful.
Put up for further proceedings on 19.10.2024.
