Sh. Navjot Kwatra, Advocate on behalf of defendants
WS along with statement of truth of affidavit of
admission/denial of documents along with an applcation under order 8 Rule 1
of CPC filed on behalf of the defendant. Copy supplied.
Perusal of the same reveals that affidavit of admission/denial has
been filed only on behalf of the defendant no. 4 and not on behalf of the other
defendants. Similiarly, statement of truth has also been filed on behalf of the
defendant no. 4 not on behalf of the remaining defendants, though all the
defendants have signed on the written statement. Ld. Counsel for the
defendants seeks time to file the same. Let the same be filed and only
thereafter the application under Order 8 Rule 1 of CPC shall be considered.
Meanwhile, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to file the reply to the
said application in the court with advance copy to the opposite side.
