On the last date of hearing it was recorded that the defendant has
refused to accept the summons and therefore was deemed to have been served
on 17.02.2024. Today Sh. Navin Gupta, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf
of the defendant and has submitted that his client has received the summons
on 08.03.2024. Copy of the plaint and documents have not been received. He
has however filed vakalatnama on behalf of the defendant on 15.03.2024.
Additional set of the plaint and documents available on the
record supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the defendant in the court.
Acknowledgment is taken on the previous order sheet.
Thirty days time is granted to the defendant to file written
statement along with Statement of Truth and affidavit of admission and denial
of documents with advance copy to the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
