Replication on behalf of plaintiff already filed. Copy stated to
have been supplied.
Affidavit of admission and denial of documents already filed by
the defendant. Heard. Perused the record.
The defendant in her affidavit of admission/denial of documents
has not denied the following documents of the plaintiff:-
1. Copy of authority letter/GBPA in favour of authorized signatory of plaintiff
Bank is Ex.P1;
2. Copy of non-starter report dated 06.10.2023 is Ex.P2.
Defendant has not filed list of documents along with WS and
therefore, no admission and denial of documents is required on behalf of
plaintiff.
On the basis of pleadings of parties, following issues are framed
for consideration:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for money decree? If so, to what amount?
OPP.
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to any interest? If so, at what rate and for
which period? OPP.
3. Relief.

No other issue arises out of the pleadings or pressed.
Put up for for PE on 07.08.2024, for DE on 14.08.2024 and for
final arguments on 20.08.2024.
List of witness and evidence by way of affidavit be filed by both
the parties within two weeks after exchanging the copies thereof.
