video-conferencing.
Plaintiff and Sh. Sajjan Kumar, Advocate are present
physically in the court.

No written statement has been filed on behalf of the
defendant, in compliance of the order dated 28.02.2024, till date.
The Ld. Counsel for the defendant has prayed for grant of
some more time to file the written statement. In the interest of justice,
a further period of one week is granted to the defendant, to file the
written statement, subject to imposition of a further cost of Rs.2000/-
on the defendant. Advance copy of the same be supplied to the Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff at least three days prior to the next date of
hearing.
Parties shall appear in person, before the Court, on the
next date of hearing, for exploring the possibilities of settlement, if
any.
Adjourned for payment of cost by the defendant,
completion of pleadings and for first case management hearing, on the
next date of hearing, on 24.04.2024.
