Vide this order, I shall dispose of application u/o 7 Rule 14
CPC filed on behalf of the plaintiff for placing on record certain
documents.
Arguments heard on behalf of both the parties.
Record perused.
This court is of the opinion that for doing justice in a case
complete facts and documents should be there before the court. The
documents sought to be placed on record by the plaintiff relates to the
present dispute and to effectively adjudicate the matter, it is essential
that the documents are taken on record. No prejudice will be caused to
the defendants if the documents are taken on record as the matter is at its
initial stage and recording of evidence has not yet began.
In view of the above discussion, the present application is
disposed off as allowed.
List the matter for forther proceedings on 23.08.2025.
