Fresh succession petition received by way of assignment. It be
checked and registered as per rules.
Present : Sh. Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Ld. counsel for the petitioner
through VC.
Heard. File perused.
Issue notice to the general public by way of publication in
any National daily newspaper approved by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi
vide publication charges and PF as per rules.
Issue notice to other respondents as per rules on filing of
PF/RC/Speed Post returnable for the next date.
At request for Ld. counsel for petitioner, summons against
respondent no. 2 be given Dasti.
Notice be also issued to the Deputy Commissioner, North
West Distt. on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post returnable for the next date, to
file the details of the LR's of the deceased on the next date of hearing.
Notice be also issued on filing of PF returnable for the next
date, to the concerned bank/concerned deptt. for filing tentative dues
amount and nomination details, if any of the deceased on the next date of
hearing.
Petitioner is also directed to obtain Surviving Member
Certificate on or before the next date of hearing.
Steps be taken within one week from today.
Re-notify on 29.04.2026.
