25.10.2024. Layers access, official email ID and digital signatures are yet to be
provided.
Present: Sh. Varshesh Khurana, Ld. Counsel for the complainant through VC.
Fresh e-file received by way of assignment. It be checked and registered.
Complainant has been apprised of the court requirement to submit the
original documents including the dishonoured cheque, dishonour memo bearing the
seal of the bank, legal demand notice, dispatch receipt and service proof, reply, if any,
etc. apart from physically signed original complaint and attested affidavit of pre-
summoning evidence, with the reader-cum-ahlmad of the court, within two weeks.
Certificate u/s 63 BSA 2024 be also filed in support of electronic record.
In terms of provision of BNSS, let court notice be issued to proposed
accused to afford an opportunity of hearing, returnable for NDOH.
Complainant is directed to visit the Digital Court Work Station for
submitting the physical file between 2.00 to 4.00 p.m.
