Perusal of record reveals that the present complaint has been filed for dishonour
of three cheques. For dishonour of each cheque in question, a separate demand notice has been
sent to accused thereby giving rise to separate causes of action. Whereas for these three
separate causes of action, complainant has preferred the present single complaint. Complainant
was afforded opportunity to clarify on the said aspect. However, time is being sought by the
proxy counsel stating that main counsel is not available today. One last opportunity is granted
to complainant to address arguments on summoning.
