Sh. Ram Kumar Mishra, R/o: H.No. 16/19, Rakhi Market, Gadde Wali
Jhuggi, Inderlok, Delhi is recorded separately. The report of process
server u/s 82 Cr.P.C is exhibited as Ex.CW1/A. The publication report is
Ex.CW1/X and Ex.CW1/Y. Process server is discharged.
In view of the statement of the process server and also
the report, this court is satisfied with the mode and manner of execution
of process u/s 82 Cr.P.C and is further satisfied that the accused is either
absconding or deliberately concealing himself from execution of war
rants.
Accordingly, accused Sagar Mishra @ Vishal @ Babu
S/o Sh. Ram Kumar Mishra, R/o: H.No. 16/19, Rakhi Market,
Gadde Wali Jhuggi, Inderlok, Delhi is declared proclaimed person.
Matter is at the stage of PE.
Put up for PE on 24.10.2026.
Prosecution witness Kanhaiya be summoned along with
case property if any, for NDOH.
