The undersigned is having pendency of about 7200 cases. Undersigned is working with only one Steno.
Undersigned is also working as Link JMFC.
Present: Ld.APP for the State.
Accused Vishal and Sandeep in person.
Accused Sheela through VC.

It is submitted by ld. Counsel that the accused Sheela is physically challenged(paralysed)
and therefore, she has joined the proceedings through VC.
It is further submitted by ld Counsel that NBW was issued against the accused Sheela and
request to cancel the same. NBW cancelled. Accused is warned to be careful in future.
Copy of charge-sheet is stated to be complete.
On the basis of material available on record, primafacie case is made out against the
accused Vishal, Sheela and Sandeep @ Sanjay. Accordingly, charge U/s 323/341/34 IPC is framed against
accused to which accused plead not guilty and claims trial. Further, charge framed against all accused U/s
174A IPC to which they plead guilty and do not claim trial.
Charges qua accused Sheela have been framed digitally and received the copy after
thumb impression through digital mode.
Since the accused have voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence U/s 174 A IPC, they are
convicted for the offence U/s 174 A IPC and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- each. Fine paid.
On perusal of record it reveals that summons were issued qua complainant namely
Sumrati Devi however, same has been received back through SHO .
Issue fresh summons to complainant Sumrati Devi through DCP concerned. Short date is
given as the matter pertains to the year 2003 and one of the oldest matters of this court.
