NBWs of accused Sheela received back unexecuted
with the report that she was not found at the address at the time
of visit and was stated to have gone to Haridwar for last three
four days. Surety Sushil is absent despite service. It is submitted
by Ld. Counsel that accused Sheela is suffering from paralysis
and seeks pass over.
Complainant is unserved.
At request, pass over is granted.

made efforts to secure the presence of accused through VC.
Heard. Another opportunity is granted for securing her presence
through VC as per VC rules.
An application has been filed seeking cancellation of
NBWs qua accused Sheela. Her NBWs are stayed till NDOH.
Let the copy of charge-sheet be supplied to accused
persons present today against acknowledgement.
Put up for scrutiny of documents/ argument on
charge/charge framing on 07.02.2024.
