Matter is listed for arguments on the application seeking condonation of delay
filed on behalf of the complainant.
Vide order dated 10.04.2024, summons were issued to the accused.
As per report of summons, summons were issued through two different Whatsapp
numbers and out of which on one whatsapp number the same were delivered with double white
tick and another number found to be not a valid whatasapp number.
Tracking report has been filed on behalf of the complainant in support of service
by way of physical modes on court’s mail ID. Taken on record. As per the tracking report, the
summons were delivered to the accused on 03.07.2024.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
It seems that the accused is aware about the court’s proceeding against him and is
deliberately evading the process of this court.
BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued
against the accused, on filing of PF, through SHO PS concerned for 10.12.2024.
