As per the report, father of the accused was found at the given address who stated
that his son had not been residing there since 2 years and he does not have any property there.
An attempt was made to reach the accused telephonically upon which his wife
picked up the phone and stated that the accused has shifted to Dubai.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that an application for transfer of the
present complaint has been moved before Hon’ble High Court of Delhi wherein the next date
of hearing is 19.12.2024. Ld. Counsel for the complainant seeks an adjournment for the same.
Accordingly, matter stands adjourned.
