be checked, registered and assigned a specific number. Copy of the counter-
claim has been supplied to Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. Let reply, if any, to
the counter-claim be filed.
Let WS to the counter-claim, if any, be filed within six weeks.
List for issues/case management hearing on 05.08.2024.
The file of the counter-claim has been received. The NDOH
fixed in the counter-claim, i.e., 16.05.2024 stands cancelled.
At this stage, the parties have expressed thier desire to get
the matter settled before the Mediation Center.
At joint request, let the matter be placed before Ld. Judge
Incharge, Mediation Center, Rohini Courts on 20.05.2024 at 2.00 P.M. for
recording of settlement, if any, and thereafter before this court on
05.08.2024. Parties are directed to appear before Ld. Judge Incharge,
Mediation Center on the aforesaid date and time.
