An application for stay of the execution of
the warrants of attachment has been moved
purportedly on behalf of JD. However, neither the
application is signed by the JD nor is any body present
on behalf of JD to address arguments on the
application. In view of the circumstances, the
application stands dismissed.
Warrants of attachment issued against JD
have remained unexecuted and it is stated that
resistance was faced by the Bailiff in executing the
warrants.
Ld. Counsel for DH seeks time to move
application for police aid in execution of warrants.
Heard. Allowed.
Re-notify the matter on 13.09.2024.

of PF, as per rules. DH is directed to appear for
appointment of Bailiff on 24/05/2024 before Ld. ACJ and to
Report before this Court on 12/07/2024.
DH is also directed to file an affidavit stating
therein that there is no stay on the execution petition
alongwith the PF, if not filed earlier. The affidavit be filed
one week prior to the issuance of warrant of attachment.
