No replication has been filed on behalf of
plaintiff and it is submitted that the same is not to be filed.
Record is perused carefully.
Pleadings are complete.
After going through the pleadings and hearing
following issues are framed:-
1. Whether the defendant no.1-5 had installed a gate in
public gali thereby obstructing the passage of the plaintiff?

2. Whether the alleged lane is a public gali or a part of
the property of defendant no.1-5? OP and D1 to D5.
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the relief
pertaining to the maintenance of the aforesaid gali by MCD?
OPP
4. Relief, if any.

No other issue is arising or pressed upon by the
parties.
Let the list of witnesses be filed on behalf of
both the parties within 15 days. Affidavit of all the Pws be
also filed by the plaintiff after supplying the copies to the
opposite counsel in advance.
