In the WS filed by defendant, it is stated that the area is notified under DDA Land Pooling Scheme and DDA is to be contacted for granting NOC for electrification. On being inquired, it is stated on behalf of defendant that a communication has been received from DDA not to grant any new connection in the areas notified under DDA Land Pooling Scheme.
