witnesses within two weeks from today after supplying advance copy to the opposite side
subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited by the plaintiff in the A/c of District &

Ld. Counsel for MCD submits that MCD is not a necessary party in the
present suit as the allegations of the plaintiff primarily reveal dispute between brothers
who are occupying different portions of the property and there is no allegation of
contravention of MCD laws.
Put up for PE by way of last and final opportunity and for arguments on
aforesaid aspect of MCD also, for 28.01.2027.
