Perusal of the plaint shows that no relief has been
sought against defendant no.3 i.e. SHO PS Model Town. SHO PS
Model Town is neither a necessary nor a proper party to the suit.
He is accordingly deleted from the array of parties.
The defendants were served with the summons on
10.06.2025. Stipulated period for filing the WS has already
lapsed.
It is stated by Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1 that
the defendant no.1 was not supplied the colored photographs and
the plaintiff may be directed to supply the same.
Though, the objection taken is trivial, the plaintiff
is directed to supply the colored photographs to the defendants
today itself.
Defendant no.1 is thus granted 15 days time to file
WS with advance copy to opposite party.
Be put up for completion of pleadings/further
proceedings on 15.09.2025.
