defendant for filing on record power of attorney.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for plaintiff that she has no
objection if the application u/o 151 of CPC filed on behalf of the defendant
is allowed and the power of attorney filed on behalf of the defendant is
taken on record.
In view of the averments made in the application application
and considering the no objection of Ld. counsel for plaintiff, application
stands allowed.
Additional document i.e. power of attorney filed on behalf of
the defendant is taken on record.
Application u/s 151 of CPC is accordingly disposed of.
Proposed issues be filed on or before the NDOH with advance
copy to the opposite side.
