Order I Rule 10 CPC r/w S. 151 CPC filed on behalf of the Plaintiff.
Reply to abovesaid applications filed on behalf of the Defendant-1 to 5.
Advance copy of the same has been supplied to the opposite party.
At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for
Defendant-1 to 5 that application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC and
affidavit annexed are only signed by P-2. However, the same are not
signed by Plaintiff-1 nor they bear any stamp of P-1 and the same is not
supported by any resolution or authority passed by P-2. Ld. Counsel for
plaintiff seeks time to place on record relevant documents. Let the same
be placed on record within one week from today with advance copy to
the other side.
Put up the matter for further proceedings on 14.10.2025 at 2
